Life Loves U?

Do you know how much life loves U. It is your birthright! Why because life birthed you. Who else do you think gave you life! Yes biologically life came to you through your parents. But that’s how life does it. And we’re left with the illusion that life is first of all physical. Who could blame us. We have the evidence. And this is the world that we were born into …the evidence world …the physical world. But this is the childish illusion that can keep us trapped and small. Because it was life itself that give us life. The beautiful mystic poet Kahail Gibran speaks of life’s longing for itself.
U are lifes dream. Everything in the universe was created just for U. Life breaths you every moment. What or who do you think is breathing your body. Is it you! Then go on – breath your body! you see you don’t breath your body. This is the most important thing that you can do…but that’s just how important it is…it is not left up to you to breath…you might get too busy and forget to breath. Your breath is the one thing that you have no charge over.
From our first breath to our last, life breaths us. It links us to that magical unseen part of ourselves. It links the body to the spirit. It links you to heaven on earth.
Health, wellness and abundance are a body mind and spirit dance. No one aspect can be ignored if we are to live life to the full.
Breath meditation.
Tune into your breath… that magical breath.. .that breath that links you to heaven on earth…
allow yourself to rest in that breath… feel it fill your body…. allow it to fill every fiber in your being… every cell… every life giving organ…
give them a bath in this magical energizing breath… this healing heavenly breath… the very breath of God…
allow it to heal and reignite your own natural life force …you natural vitality.
Rest in the magic of the breath… rest in the magic of the intimate love of God, of life for you.
Be the life
Be the joy
That you are born to be.
Be born anew.. .each moment.. each day…. each year.
In God there is only newness… only beginnings.
