It’s about bringing all of you & your life into alignment with who you are – your authentic self – Your authentic way of living.
It is a time to allow the light of love to shine on all that is pulling you out of alignment – away from who your truth, away from your destiny. It is about releasing you fears,
letting them fall away, freeing you up to be more of who you truly are, and less of who other people want you to be for them.
When you do this you feel much lighter and excited about you and your life. You will begin to claim and really committ to you.
That’s what you’re here for. This is your purpose. The more you do this clearing out of old baggage and fear patterns & behaviours, the more you become aligned with
your destiny, you dream, your hearts desire.
And you know what – that is God’s dream & delight too. This is alignment – then you find your dream is God’s dream!.

Coming Home
Coming Home is about coming home to………… yourself.
Feeling lost & overwhelmed often appears to have everything in your “outside” world, all that is happening – so many changes all happening so so fast. While things are changing rapidly the real feelings of overwhelm & lostness have more to do with you “inside” world. And believe it or not this is good news. Why is it good news? Because there is very little you can do about the outside world except wear yourself out trying to control the uncontrollable .But your inside world, well that’s a totally differnent domain. In this domain you have total charge. You and you alone can be master of your own domain, your inner world, your own inner space.
Wouldn’t it be a relieve to live from this empowered space where you are Master and in charge of you. You make decisions and these decisions create your outside world. Decisions about your Relationships, your Career, your Health & your Wealth.
But why are you not doing this already?
The reason why very few people live out of this empowered inner self is that they are” locked out”.
This is not to say that you willingly locked yourself out of your own ‘House’ so to speak.
The lock out unconscious and it happened over time.
When you were very young you modelled the adults arround you. You were like a sponge absorbing everything. After all, you just landed in this strange place and had to learn everything from scratch. If you have young children or are around them you will see this being acted out. Young children literally mimic their parents – often to the embassasment of the parents.( I recently saw a mother chringe when her little 4yr old daughter was playing mammy’s and daddy’s and the little girl spoke to the children as her mother spoke to her - with a threat!)
We all learned this way, as did the people you minicked. That’s intergenerational conditioning. That’s one of the ways that habits behaviours and ways of thinking get handed down through the generations.
Then you have the rules and regulations of the society and culture that you were born into. These help form how you behave in life. School & Church would have a huge influence here.
All of these are outside forces, well meaning in their intention but they seldom take an interest in you and what you want and what you have to contribute to the world. More often than not these outside forces are interested in the control, controling your behaviour and the behaviour of everyone.
This is where we can get lost. We can get lost in the general run of things and get lost in the masses and the daily grind.
We become slaves to work, family, banks, and just keeping our heads above water.
And when you do dare to dream and try to step out of the rat race day to day slog you are qucikly pulled down with ‘who so you think you are’ ‘what makes you any different’?
But that’s just it you are different and somewhere deep down you know this. The pain is that noone else believes or sees it.
You are unique there is no one else like you – there are a lot of humans who look and act like you but there is a part of you that is not ‘them’.
You are a unique individual with your hopes, your dreams, your pain, your desires.
This sense of lostness is your soul calling you home.
Calling you home to who your uniqueness.
So that you claim it out and own it and let it shine in the world.
Becasue again the good news! That’s why you’re here! That’s why you come to earth in the first place.
You came with your gift.
That gift is for you and its for the world.
When you come home to yourself, you find that you’re whole world, your life is wrapped up in that gift.
That means that finding your gift is essential to finding your life.
Up until now you have been living the life that others helped create for you for good or bad.
But now your soul is calling you home, home to you, the one and only unique you.
Decide today to become the master of your own life and destiny.
Come home to you- take charge of your life.
Create the life you want to live.
Create your life from the inside out!
First step: Make a date with yourself
to listen to you – to listen to the prompts of your soul. Create a space so that you can easily enter you own inner space. Use a comfortable chair, light a candle, put on soft music. Bring in colur in whatever way you can. Allow yourself to rest and gather yourself – your thoughts – your feelings – your aches – your pains – listen to your body. ( You don’t have to be in this space to listen and tune into your souls whispers – you can tune in anytime by noticing what is going on in you)
Step Two: How Do I listen to my soul?
Tune into your feelings – what is the recurring feeling – Listen to the feeling – what is it telling you – what is the message it has for you – that’s why it’s there – that’s it purpose.
It’s purose is not to hurt you or cause you pain. Feelings are are neutral – they are messangers of the soul.
What is the image that comes to mind. Take note of it. Soul speaks clearly in images, just like in dreams.
Dreams are like a letter from your soul.
Step Three: Journal it – write it out – date it – take note of things that happen during the day. Your soul is talking to you all the time. It normally speaks in whispers – because what it has to say if for you. But if we go on ignoring the message and the message has to be heard – it will gradually become louder and louder.
Do these 3 simple steps regularly and you will begin to notice a recurring message and soon you will find it easy to tune into you. You will become more and more at ease with your inner self. You will grow this wise inner self. This is where you will get the answers and guidance that you need in life.
Enjoy your inner space – enjoy being with you.

Life is images of the Mind, expressed…
Life is images of the mind, expressed. What this means is that Life, The Source, uses your thoughts, your mental images, as the instructions by which to create your reality in the material world. Life expresses your mental images into physical reality. To express is to make known, to state, articulate, communicate, convey. The force of Life makes known your thoughts to yourself and everyone else by forming them into experiences and objects that can be experienced, here in the physical world. You experience your own thoughts first hand, your images of your mind, so that you may know which ones are suitable and which ones are not. That is how you know yourself, that is how you experience your self, and that is how you grow. This is the supreme purpose of this physical world that we are now in. It is designed to enable you to experience your Self. It is designed to enable you to experience an idea and its effects and consequences.
Life does not select which ones of your images to express and which ones not to. How would it choose for you? It therefore expresses all of them to the extent that you have them and believe them. You have true free will. This free will is truly free because of the fact that all of it is acted upon without filtering or favoring. Free will is truly free because of the fact that it actually gets results all the time, not just some of the time, and it gets them exactly. Later we will see how exactly free will works, even when it looks as if it is impossible for it to do so.

Imagination is the force that takes you to places you have never been. Napoleon Hill said that imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known. Life is imagination, images of the mind, expressed into physical form. Feed your imagination daily and accurately with pictures, movies, and concentration. Spend time doing this in detail every day. Imagination is the most powerful force, and it is so because Life uses it to know what to create next. Most people spend little time imagining. They imagine using idle thought, haphazardly, and wonder why their life is not rich for them. Imagination has the power to make or break your life. It is your mind, and your choice.

Images. Images. Images! Life is images of the Mind, expressed. Imagine your life as you wish it to be, picture perfect, with color and details, in your mind, every day. Spend an hour daily doing your images. And throughout the rest of the day, keep your thoughts in harmony with your images of your chosen life. This is so important that it cannot be over-emphasized. The Source, God, works perfectly, giving you exactly what you envision and think about. Exactly. No more, no less. It is therefore extremely important that you have crystal-clear images and thoughts, consistently.
For example, many people wish to have a nice car. But the mistake they make is to have ‘get a nice car’ as their goal. What do they expect the universe to give them? There is physically no such car called Nice Car. Be crystal-clear! Envision the exact car, its make, model, color, options, and all that. Go to the car yard or look it up on the Internet and know exactly, or as exact as possible, what it is you wish to have as a nice car. Then envision that every day – the more you think about it, the closer you get it to you. This is the effective way to image. Life is images of the Mind, expressed. Do you wish to travel to another country for a dream holiday? Go to the travel agency and get all the details from them, get the brochures, flight itinerary, prices, hotels and car reservations, and all that. Build up the whole trip, exactly, in your mind in full color and spectacle.

Life is an expression of inner images. Everything we do and experience is an expression of our images, our imagination, and our thoughts. Work on your images. To change your life, change your imagination and change your thoughts.

Metaphysical Marketing
Following is one of the most popular issues from my newsletter archives. It’s also the first of several chapters relating specifically to the marketing of your business in the business and career section of one of my upcoming books. Let’s explore the use of prosperity principles in our business or profession and discuss the foundation and the underlying causes of success. All of the know-how and marketing skills in the world will not result in success unless you first create that foundation. You can start creating here.
Let’s call this metaphysical marketing…
The foundation of success is in your mind. You do not need to struggle, seek and strive to build your business. You can use mental and spiritual laws to create and attract all the elements that insure success. Wouldn’t you love to set your business on “automatic pilot” and enjoy the ride?
The Law of Reversed Effort
The application of prosperity principles in business allows us to become aligned with these spiritual laws to learn how to “receive” success instead of “trying” to make it happen.
Did you know there is a law called the Law of Reversed Effort? It states that the harder you “try” to do something, the less chance you have of achieving it. Trying implies a negative, it suggests to the mind that you may not accomplish. Even Yoda in Star Wars recognized this truth when he wisely said, “We do. There is no try.”
Practical Metaphysics
My teachings are based on what I call “practical metaphysics.”
First, what do we mean by “metaphysical?” Well, “meta” as used as a prefix in metaphysical, means “comprehensive” or “transcending.” Metaphysical is relating to the transcendent or to a reality beyond what is perceptible to the senses. In other words, a study of what is outside objective experience. This includes aspects of the mind and spirit.
My definition of practical metaphysics is the study and application of these transcendent principles from methods that appeal to our “real world” senses, techniques that we can understand and utilize with ease – in other words, a simple approach that assures our practical application of these profound laws. We take the mystery and speculation out of these principles and instead concentrate on putting them to use – a nuts and bolts approach.
I believe that there are a great number of people who have read and studied and are well informed about spiritual matters and metaphysical laws but who have not been able to take these ideas from their intellect and incorporate them mental and emotionally to put them into practice.
The Universe Is My Marketing Department
Now, this study in no way discounts the marketing techniques and tools taught by the visible world’s marketing experts. What I am doing here is helping you lay the foundation for a mindset that will allow you to use those tools if you so choose, and succeed with them. The fact is that all of the marketing and business know-how in the world will not result in your success unless you first have the mindset to succeed. A house cannot stand without a proper foundation. And once you create that foundation, you will automatically be guided to the appropriate methods and means that will result in your success. You will find as I did that the Universe is truly the greatest marketing department you could ever hope for, and the possibilities are unlimited. You can experience the guidance of an unseen hand, know what it feels like to live a charmed life, and realize that you have an invisible means of support.
How do I know so much about succeeding through a metaphysical approach? On the Feel Free to Prosper website in the section entitled Your Mentor, you will see full-color accomplishments from my use of these laws – fruits of my metaphysical labors – and in the section, Amazing, you can review a few short stories of how I created amazing successes using these principles in my special event business over a 20-year span.

Most of my event clients were the world’s largest corporations. Now here is a secret that you may find hard to believe. When I reveal this fact, people say, “Of course, you don’t mean this literally.” Ah, but yes, I do mean this literally: During those 20 years, I never looked for a client. The clients always found me. I never advertised, marketed, cold called or networked. And yet my tiny one-woman operation attracted these large corporate clients. Doors opened spontaneously for the right exposure, the right opportunities and the right clients. You have to admit that something uncommon must have been involved – and that something was an uncommon state of consciousness.
This also applied to my new life and evolution as a prosperity teacher. When I began teaching the Feel Free to Prosper program, I had no idea how I would attract students or create a reputation. Once again, I took this to my Universal marketing department, applied the prosperity “homework” and trusted that the doors would open. I also listened and waited for guidance. The doors opened. I had no previous experience interacting on the Internet and had never heard of social networking or social media when a complete stranger invited me to join an online networking site called Ryze.com in late 2003. I had learned to use a computer only a short time before. I participated in discussions and shared my wisdom on several networks and created my own Feel Free to Prosper Network, which soon became the platform and launching pad for the prosperity program that would attract attention from around the globe.
In 2006, I felt inspired to write my entrepreneurial memoir on my network — the story was intended for my members. But it soon attracted an agent, tens of thousands of readers, and ultimately resulted in publishing offers. I had no intention of writing a book. All of the elements flowed together as if I were under the jurisdiction of a divine destiny. I am convinced that each of us has a particular destiny to fulfill but we need to become aligned with the greater Intelligence that can guide us there.
Nothing Personal
It doesn’t matter if you are a company owner, business executive, entrepreneur, professional, working mom, jobseeker, network marketer, sales agent, coach or creative talent, or even in transition looking for your true place in life. It doesn’t matter what your age, background, experience or station in life is. The laws are impersonal and will work for everyone.
Here is why you should learn and apply prosperity principles:
■ To uplift and raise your awareness to a level of consciousness that empowers and connects you to the Universal source from which ALL good flows.
■ To apply this awareness specifically to the marketing and success of your business or career as you become an open channel through which clients and financial prosperity will flow easily to you .
■ To come to the absolute realization that you are not alone and that you have all the creative power of the Universe ready to inspire you and guide you to success if you will only recognize and acknowledge it.
■ To become attuned to your Universal marketing department that will inspire you and prompt you to do exactly what you need to do.
■ To prosper you in all areas of your life, not only financially, but also in health, love, relationships, and creatively and spiritually
Okay, Let’s Have Some Nuts and Bolts
1. Watch Your Speech
The above can be accomplished only through the use of positive and life-affirming language. Do not doubt it for a minute. The words you think, speak (and hear) are recorded in your subconscious mind and will produce circumstances that correspond to your thoughts and speech. If you want a successful business or career, you MUST resist the habit and temptation of speaking about the lack of business or clients or jobs. I tell my students, “If you don’t want it, don’t say it.” Even if you feel like you are lying to yourself (or others), continue to speak in positive terms about your business and affairs. As you persist in speaking successful words, your subconscious will accept the new ideas and you will discover that the “lies” are becoming a new and very tangible reality. But it always first begins in mind. Never forget this.
2. Start Listening
As you develop positive thought and speech patterns, you will begin to clear the debris and static in your subconscious that has prevented you from tuning in and listening to your intuitive promptings. Practice paying attention now to those promptings, the hunches, the feelings, the “still small voice” that subtly urges you to do something. As you practice listening and following through on these hunches and the more you discover that they lead to successful results, the more consistent and the stronger they will become. You will have truly discovered your “invisible means of support.”

3. Attitude of Gratitude
You have heard that over and over again, haven’t you? But do you live it? Well, start now. The “attitude of gratitude” is one of the greatest – perhaps THE greatest – spiritual principle that can be applied to attain happiness, inner peace, health and financial prosperity. But there is an aspect of gratitude that most people do not know about. It is easy to be grateful for what you already have. But can you be grateful for what you don’t yet see?
Start giving thanks NOW for your new clients, your increased business and income, your new job, and inspired new ideas – before they arrive in the outer. I promise if you will maintain your state of gratitude, they will come, and often at a speed that will astound you. Give thanks now for the Universal guidance that led you to these words that contain truly life-changing elements.
4. Your Business or Job Is NOT Your Source of Income
I’ll bet you’ll read that again. But that’s right. Your business is not your source of income. Your clients are not your source of income. Your job is not your source of income. Even your savings or investments are not your source of income.
There is only one source of income. That source is The Source – that Universal intelligence that you may refer to as Universe, God, Infinite Intelligence, Divine Mind, Spirit, All That Is, The Field of All Possibilities. All of those other avenues are “channels” of income, but they are not the source. Think of it this way. If your kitchen faucet was broken and prevented you from getting water, would that mean there was no more water? Of course not. You could find water at in your bathroom or from any number of other faucets. So you see, the kitchen faucet is not the source of water; it is only one of innumerable channels.
As soon as you learn to align yourself with, rely on and trust The Source for your income (and clients and jobs and every other good thing you could possibly desire), then all of the channels will be opened for you to receive your good. How many channels? Limitless channels. There are thousands and thousands of channels through which your good can come to you. It is not your job to know them. It is your job to trust your Source and as you do, both expected and unexpected channels will open and clients and jobs and ideas will increasingly come to you “out of the blue.” So release all ideas that your income and business must be derived from only one particular channel.

Energy-healing/Three major reasons why you are not thriving – CAROL TUTTLE
The following article is by Carol Tuttle. I’ve been following her for some time now and I love her wisdom and insight. I find her very grounded in the whole area of energy healing. I also feel that she is very easy to follow and understand. I hope you enjoy the gems of insight here.
1. You are holding on to old emotional baggage.
Most of the emotion you feel in a day is not even about today. You are just recycling old emotional baggage that has never been cleared. It is so familiar, it has become a part of your self-identity, but you know it is not a part of your true identity because it causes you discomfort.
Release this old emotional energy with this simple technique: Make your hand into a fist. Rub your fist in a circular motion on the middle of your chest (your heart chakra) and repeat the following: “It is safe to get over this problem and it is time to let go of these feelings.” Repeat this five to six times as you rub the center of your chest.
2. You keep focusing on what you don’t want.
Your mind is in the habit of “figuring out” what you need to change to make your life better. Your thinking mind is convinced that that is how the problem will be solved; yet, that is what keeps the problem constant and present in your life.
The law of attraction has no exclusion. The law is that whatever you focus on, you create more of. Stop your thinking mind from its obsessive habit of looking at your life’s problems by placing an eye patch over your right eye for 15 minutes a day or during spells of obsessive thinking.
When you patch an open eye, you quiet the brain hemisphere that eye is connected to. In this case you will quiet your left brain and break up the flow of energy so new vibrant energy can form in your experience to attract to you insights, answers, and resources to your problem.
3. You have bought into the collective belief that you can barely survive and are just getting by.
The world offers us one reality to believe in. Within that reality we have the agency and right to choose to go along with it or create our own reality. The world currently believes that “times are hard,” “times are scary,” “terrorists could attack at any moment,” “the economy is bad,” etc., etc., etc.
Even though the world reality is choosing this, you can choose an alternative reality. We are only bound by belief. Choose the following beliefs to create a reality to help you thrive: “Times are good for me and my family.”
“I am prepared and I choose to live in the moment and focus on how safe my immediate world is;” “I am grateful to know that God is watching over me and the entire world to assist us in choosing a peaceful solution to our differences;” “I am grateful that my business is flourishing and I have more than enough money for my needs.”
The greatest power you have to change the world’s reality is to change yours.
Stay free of condemning or judging the collective belief. Choose to bless it and allow it. If you condemn it or judge it, you create a stronger force of opposition and polarity that makes that reality more powerful. It just is.
