I search round regularly looking for what I feel might help someone who is trying to live though this inner (so – often invisible to others) torment. That’s why I’m sharing what I found today. Be good to you. Be compassionate to you.  You were born because the world needs you. In this moment you are loved.

We are looking for someone or something

some miracle to come upon us and make sense of our emotional pain and our miserable lives.

There is something wrong

with something,
somewhere in our lives,

But we don’t know what it is, who it is.

No matter what anyone says – we can’t accept it

It’s something outside of us

A huge mystery of life

Why were we born ?  What is the meaning of our worthless life ?  We can see no point to it.

What’s more – it hurts to be alive – each moment is sorrow, agony – a living torture unto death – waves of urgent impulses to end it end it end it…

My biggest message is that we have the power to use chemistry to turn off the pain, and recreate our desire to live again.

We must not keep looking to a one pill miracle cure – but add a few more pills and you’ve got something.

To me, it is a miracle that someone has created chemicals that are exactly like or similar to the chemicals our body uses to operate every system in our bodies and the very chemicals that we get from foods.

What’s the problem with this ? – when depressed, we don’t want to read, we don’t want to learn, we don’t want to do anything.

We can’t wait another moment for anything to help us.

Taking Pills To Live

Yes, I feel cured every day… as long as I take my pills.

Yes, this really is my cure in a cup

Okay, so my cup has a few more pills in it

What are they ? You could call them concentrated nutrient powders – or – vitamins, minerals, amino acids, & fatty acids.

And it is NO FUN taking them.

But it takes about 1 minute, maybe 2 minutes of misery to sit there in front of that awful cup of pills and gump, gump, gump and they’re down the hatch – just another chore.

But IT IS FUN

NOT feeling depressed and suicidal
NOT being upset and irritable

It is fun having a sense of humor
and being able to get along with the man I adore.

Without my pills, my personality is impossible and unpredictable.

With my supplements, I am so much better.  I am more dependable and I can be trusted to react with more reasonable emotions.

With my supplements, my life is worth living

because of how I feel inside myself
how I feel towards others
and how I act and react with others

I am experiencing a meaningful life.  I know more what to expect from my feelings and behavior and how to fix it if I let things lax too much.

Life can be so much better or different because of the kind of person you are and the way you react – more reasonably, more rationally, less irratically, less – overly angry, sensitive, and negatively emotional.

You have more to give to others in life
and don’t need so much from them.

It’s more balanced, more normal, better.

I want this for you.

Everything I am writing is to get you to cross that bridge to understanding the life and death difference it makes to treat depression the way it should be treated.

I Feel Cured Every Day

I so love the magic of it all. It’s like it all comes out of nothing, just the thought. Then other peoples thoughts come together and lo and behold all these lovely life seeking people find themselves together in Achill, soul searching and learning and playing together. The the way to learn is through play! Love in Action.

We had people from Mayo, London, Galway & Tyrone. Some I had meet before and others were strangers to each other. But that all changed very quickly. Almost in an instant as we came together in a group initially there is that awkward few minutes where people feel a little uncomfortable and begin to wonder why am I here sitting with a group of strangers. Then, next thing, someone speaks and then another and suddenly the energy has changed, everyone is eager to talk and to help each other.

It doesn’t take long for the “I don’t know why I’m here” energy to evaporate. It’s such a grace filled time when you witness this happening and you see each person eagerly help another. Then you know that you are not alone. The invisible world becomes tangible and you know you are in the presence of mystery. Your invisible helpers are there too. Each person carries a part of the wisdom that the other person needs. That’s the miracle of who shows up and why.

You might never know how much you have helped someone by just being there with your compassionate heart, (which is your desire to help) By your words or simply just with your concern. Miracles happen and lights go on when people feel cared for and understood by another. A sea of love is ‘felt’ and we shift out of our everyday cares and worry mind and into our hopeful, peaceful, childlike playful mind where miracles happen. That’s why I love this ‘playwork ‘… you get to see tiny miracles come to life before your very eyes.

We cleared out some old thinking that keeps us stuck in old patterns and creates a lot of struggle in our world.

We learned how to be aware of what we are thinking and that this is the first step in creating our new life.

We Learned how to notice if we are living in ‘fear world’ or ‘love world’ and how to stop getting the results we don’t want and instead create the results that we do want.

We learned how this happens and why.

The weather was so happy with us we even got to involve the beach and the sea as we released to the Universe old thinking and behaviours that no longer serve us.

Each person had great fun as they picked a stone on the beach and wrote out the main thing/pattern they wanted to clear this out of their lives. They then vigorously threw it into the great spirit of the Atlantic Ocean who was happy to receive it and be part of the transformation. The surf was wild and exciting and everyone was filled with exhilaration too.

Back in the warmth of the house and after a meditation and planting new seeds of desires in place of what was released, great chat went on to the late hours. No strangers now at the table!

On Sunday morning for those who could be there we boiled it all down to the Creation Formula. Then created the Map of Action to action the dream into reality.

Bonds were formed with shared life experiences and playful moments. spirits were rekindled as buried passions were recovered reclaimed from the dream destroyers, buried by feelings of “I’m not good enough, too much responsibilities, who am I to do that….I can’t..I have to do what’s expected of me”I don’t deserve to live my dream…I cant afford….”

Each person left with a skip in their heart as they realised that they’re dream is waiting for them to allow it into reality. Intentions were firmly set and next step action points clearly decided. Hearts danced home again, transformed and inspired dreams planted and watered. Prayer in Action.

I came that you may have life and have it to the full ( Christ)

Time for Reflection, Clearing Out and Rapid Growth.

2012 this mysterious time – it’s hard to believe that it is here. Many believe that 2012 is going to be a scarry time. There is no doubt that we are living through changing and uncertain times. Theses changes are so deep and rapid that some fear that it is the end of the world.
But it is the total opposite. We are called to step up.

You can hear and feel that call to consciously align with the truth of who you really are, and to be part of  the collective shift into a new conscious way of living.

I received this precious reminder

That magical time. And it truly is in many ways. Christmas is a special time for children. A time for surprises and presents and play. The excitement in many homes tonight is priceless. These are times we want to hold onto. What is your favourite Christmas Memory? What was your best present?

I was talking about this with my young teenage nice the other day while we sat by a glowing fire nice and cosy, and all christmassy as the lights on the tree twinkled. Though she’s from the generation where Santa’s gifts are usually electronic, computer, ipod, ipad type presents, guess what her favourite gift santa gift was?

It was a little wind up elf on a bike!

An old  fashioned simple toy. It was so cute to hear this up to date teenager talk about how much it meant to her.

My best Santa Present was a pair of roller skates…I just loved them. I  couldn’t believe it when I saw them under the Christmas Tree. I had great freedom with those skates for weeks on end.

Isn’t it amazing how much magic is created at this time of year. That’s why I love Christmas Eve, there is such a magical build up. So much love and goodwill in the air you can catch it. So be sure to catch the magic instead of a cold that I caught during the week! Thankfully it didn’t last.

It’s also a time that we can be filled with sadness, especially if we have lost someone dear and close to us. There are people that will always be a part of our Christmas no matter how long ago since they passed on. There are events too that may have caused us great pain, even trauma. So it’s not always a rossy time. It is then that the true meaning of Christmas can be a healing balm for us.

Christmas has so many uplifting messages for us. It allows us all to be children again and reminds us of the mystery, innocence and creativity that is part of our nature.

It’s a time of rebirth. This is the time when we can recharge our spirit. The dark winter months can play havoc with out spirit. Many people struggle with sadness and depression. Christmas is the time of new life and light. The birth of Christ represents the new light in our lives that sometimes can feel dark. For those who don’t celebrate Christmas, it traditionally represents hope and light in our darkness which is a deep human need & hunger. It’s essence is hope, rebirth and truth.

So I wish you and your family a happy and joyfilled Christmas. I hope that you feel the stirring of the new spirit in you this Christmas as you allow the birth of Christ to happen in you, so that Christmas is not just one day of the year – but a continuous joy in your heart creating an amazing adventure of your beautiful life.

So to get you into the real spirit of Christmas – enjoy!

That’s what you’re here for. This is your purpose. The more you do this clearing out of old baggage and fear patterns & behaviours, the more you become aligned with

your destiny, you dream, your hearts desire.

And you know what – that is God’s dream & delight too.  This is alignment – then you find your dream is God’s dream!.

Unclip them

Like a costume

Discarded by a child.

For they don’t matter here,

All your frailties and your fear,

The masks you once wore,

All your vanities and grief,

All the things you thought important,

They were some of them illusions.

Fate is dressed like a fool.

Time’s dressed like a thief.

So they go to bed early

In the All-Souls Hotel,

With a book,

Or some knitting,

Or the memory of a lover

Who was luscious as a mouthful of wintertime wine.

I’ll say a prayer for yours, friend.
