I know this deep down from when life was particularly difficult and challenging for me and my family. Thinking back to that time tragedy hit me and my family some time ago, I couldn’t have imagined I would be saying this to you now. Back then I didn’t have any belief in what I’ve just said. In fact my belief was that it was part of my life and I had to accept that life was difficult and that God had made it that was so I had to accept it. A big part of me believed in a punishing god.( I don’t give that god a big G anymore because he wasn’t a god at all but an impostor god who was really a part of my small frightened mind)

My mother who was still quite young was killed in an accident. As you can imagine her sudden and abrupt death left the family devastated and heartbroken. There were 11 children, I was the oldest 23, and had just had the joy of becoming a mother myself a few weeks earlier.. 7 children were still at school and the youngest hadn’t even started yet. I’m sure you can imagine what it was like as we tried to cope with her devastating loss.  And at the same time my heart was breaking, not only with the my own loss but with heart ache of watching my younger brothers and sisters deprived of the love and care of such a good mother. Life was so busy, it seemed to be one crisis after another. Then 8 Years later one of my lovely younger brothers drowned while on holidays. We were devastated beyond description. The world that we had struggled so hard to keep together was smashed once again. I can remember the life almost going our of my body with such a loss and a big part of me didn’t want to come back.

All the questions were flooding my mind and my already weak belief in God was now totally gone. There was no God just like there is no……I had to grow up. And if there was a God – he was a cruel God and one who had his favorites. I’m sure you felt like that at some time too.I took this god on. But then magic happened. Because that was when I found the Real God. All the false gods of my childhood fell away. Gods of fear gave way and the God of Tremendous Love remained. Miracles began to happen one after another. That is why I can tell you that I believe that things can get better.

I can even tell you now that I believe in miracles because I saw and experienced miracles many times.

Your reading one now. I was never the studious type and even had the belief that I was stupid installed in me by a teacher many moons ago, and she really did drum that into me!

But this ‘stupid person’ managed to get in the back door of a big college and searched out the answers to the big questions. Every question leading me deeper in my belief in God’s Tremendous Love.

Its been a long journey and I’m still very much on that journey. I sometimes fall back into the old ways of beating myself up and thinking and believing that I’m on my own. But it is in these times that God carries me. And he’s not a god of favorites – he will do this for you too.

You deserve this too – Don’t block this Divine opportunity to heal and create your own miracles for you and your family.

Believe me – there really is a way through.

But you need to TAKE THAT ONE ESSENTIAL STEP  to set change in motion.
